
GRADE ONE ADMISSION REGULATIONS

I. General Provisions
This regulation governs all matters related to the admission process for first-grade students.
The admission process will be conducted in accordance with both the internal regulations and policies of the school and this regulation.
Based on Order No. A/200 of the Minister of Education, Culture, Science, and Sports on April 5, 2019, the admission will be conducted electronically along with the parents/guardians, students, and the school.
For the 2025-2026 academic year, 120 students will be admitted to Grade One.
The admission process will be carried out in two phases:
1. Phase One: Admission of current students’ siblings and children of school faculty and staff.
2. Phase Two: Open admission (publicly announced).
II. Admission Registration
• The electronic registration will be open from March 12, 2025, at 09:00 AM to March 16, 2025, at 08:00 PM.
• Applicants must complete the registration via the following link: https://forms.gle/PPRrq5JGw8QynJBs6.
• A non-refundable registration fee of MNT30,000 must be paid during the registration process.
Eligibility requirements:
• The child must be born between January 1, 2019, and December 31, 2019.
• The registration form must be completed in Cyrillic script, following all instructions carefully.
• The admission fee must be paid in full.
III. Admission Selection Process
• Parents/guardians must answer a set of questions prepared by an independent committee. (Link to the questionnaire: https://forms.gle/PPRrq5JGw8QynJBs6)
• Applicants must submit a video recording (maximum 2 minutes) explaining an image provided in the questionnaire, with parental/guardian assistance if necessary.
• The Admission Committee will evaluate parents/guardians based on their responses and the applicant’s explanation of the given image. Based on this assessment, the committee may invite selected parents/guardians to collaborate and extend admission offers to their respective applicants.
• Admission results will be sent via email to all registered applicants on March 20, 2025.
IV. Admission Confirmation
• The School Administration will contact the parents/guardians of selected students to provide additional information regarding the enrollment agreement.
• The admission will only be confirmed upon signing the enrollment agreement with the school.
• If the agreement is not signed within the given timeframe, the admission offer will be considered declined, and the slot will be given to the next eligible applicant.
V. Other Provisions
• All admitted students must attend a four-week preparatory program before the start of the academic year.
• The admission committee and/or the school reserves the right to make final decisions on any issues, disputes, or complaints arising during or after the admission process.
